ToughGlaze manufactures glass for the ballustrading industry. With the support from a modern factory both Toughened monolithic and Toughened laminated can be supplied rectangular or CNC profiled to our customer requirements.
Two Toughening plants produce Toughened Glass between 10 - 19mm in clear tinted or acid tones. Glass can also be supplied by the customer - Max processing size 2500 x 4100mm.
In house PVB Laminating (maximum size).
Full CNC Cutting, drilling and polishing Service maximum size of 1800 x 3000mm.
Heat soak testing maximum size of 2500 x 4100mm according to BS EN 14179.
Automated silkscreen printing maximum size of 1800 x 3500mm, Ral colours can be supplied.
Sandblasted maximum size 2100 x 4100mm.
Collection or site delivery service also available.
