Pyrosheild wired and Pyrosheild Safety wired, normally used in fire doors and screens. The glass is solid with a Georgian wire embedded into the surface.
Integrity with Low Radiation 30/0 or 60/0:
Pyrobelite 7 mm/Pyrobelite12 mm, Both glassed are constructed using glass and intumescent layer, Each Glass type is constructed to comply with the required Fire rating according to BS 476 part 22 1987 . As the heat from the fire intensifies the intumescent layers activate and expand to reduce heat transferring to the protected side of the element.
Integrity and insulated to BS 476:
Pyrobel 12mm/16mm/21mm or 25mm, These glasses are multi laminated with Intumescent material.Each glass type is constructed to comply with the required Fire rating according to BS 476 Part 22 1987. As the heat from the fire intensifies the intumescent layers activate maintaining Low heat radiation <140 degree C on the protected side of the element for the given fire rating.
