The Lisec vertical water jet and processing line offers completely new options for processing different glass types. In one operation the machine is able to cut out any shape from a wide range of glass types and process it using diamond tools. The machine with combined suction head-clamping bar transport, can easily handle small to very large and heavy sheets. The sheet is brought in, automatically positioned, cut, its interior and exterior processed if required, and then transported to the washing machine.
The Lisec vertical water jet forms the basis for a continuous production workflow that enables rapid sequential processing of glass sheets. Using the unique jet capture system the water jet behind the glass sheet is released in a noiseless way. This prevents the commonly occurring return jet effects and ensures that the surface of the workpiece is not damaged. A special system significantly reduces the water jet cutting time for interior cut outs. The Lisec vertical water jet can cut floats, VSG glass, fire protection glass etc. With extreme precision up to a thickness of 80 mm. Since no positioning forces act on the glass sheet during the cutting process, even very thin sheets and sections near the glass edge can be cut with ease.
Float glass cut by water jet can be tempered without further processing required. The machine is equipped with a suction bar over the entire system length so that heavy sheets can also be ground along the entire circumference in a single run. In addition, the machine is equipped with a 20-fold tool changer, an integrated tool measurement and an automatic polishing wheel, single-groove extractor. |
