Berkeley’s Battersea Reach is one of London’s most prestigious residences, with breathtaking views and apartments ranging from £659,950 – £2,999,950.
Located within easy reach of the City’s West End for musicals, shows at the Royal Albert Hall, art and history in the galleries and museums and benefitting from a choice of Parks and commons, such as Wimbledon Common and Hurlingham Park, it has attracted great interest from foreign investors.
To make the most of the amazing views of the river Thames, we were tasked with supplying 3 separate subcontractors to supply a variety of different glass thicknesses. The project is a perfect display of the range that we can offer from 10mm Toughened, for Juliet balconies, to 17.5mm and 21.5mm laminate glass, for structural balustrade. Also supplied were digitally printed laminates with a graduated frit, for the ground floor and large quantities of 21.5mm for balustrades and 25.5mm laminates with diffused interlayer, to be used as privacy screens and a smaller quantity of 33mm triple laminates.
We also supplied a smaller quantity of sandblasted panels, with all the panels manufactured being heat soaked to negate failure through inclusions, most notably Nickel Sulphide.
The coordination of all 3 customers orders was undertaken by ToughGlazes in-house project management team, who managed the timed deliveries and logistical preparation, to ensure ease of installation.
