How it is made
How we process architectural glass
Every order is cut, processed and finished at our own facility. Our production lines can cut 3,000 to 4,000 pieces of glass, toughen up to 3,000 m² and laminate up to 1,500 m² every day – so we have the scale to support demanding commercial projects without losing the personal service of a family-run supplier.
Need extra structural strength? We can toughen, laminate, heat-strengthen and heat-soak to your specification, then add printing, sandblasting or colour before your glass leaves the building.
When it's ready, our own fleet delivers it. Right on spec, right on time.

When should architectural glass be toughened?
If you imagine a pane of glass that shatters into big shards, you're thinking of annealed glass. Architects and builders also use laminated glass – a kind of “sandwich” glass where a plastic interlayer sits between two panes, making it highly secure and hard to break.
